For those looking to really stretch their legs, Body Tech features an Olympic-quality, 1/10th-mile running track. This is where you can warm up, cool down or go the distance. Our indoor track is a great way to get in your walking or running workout away from the rain, snow, heat, cold, and wind. This Olympic-quality track has a surface that is gentle on the joints, and a quiet atmosphere that will keep you focused on reaching your next milestone.

TURF FUCNTIONAL TRAINING AREA

We are proud of our HUGE Functional Training Area for athletes and non-athletes.  The turf area is one of the largest turf spaces in any health club in the south suburbs.  This space offers:  Tire flip station, Tank Sled, Sandbags, TRX Suspension Training, med/slam balls, agility ladders/hurdles and much more training equipment that will allow you to get in the best shape possible!
