Body Tech Total Fitness offers a wide range of classes including: Step Aerobics, Cycling, Power Pump, Kickboxing, Bootcamp, Active Older Adults, and Zumba. We also offer mind-body offerings like Yoga Hot Yoga, and Pilates. See our class descriptions for detailed information on all of our classes.

All group classes are taught by nationally certified instructors who are real motivators and educators.
