Amanda is a personal trainer and nutrition coach who works with a wide variety of clients including both competitive athletes and beginners with no prior experience. Her interest in nutrition began at a young age when she learned from personal experience what a large impact nutrition has on overall health. Understanding the importance of education in the health and fitness industry, Amanda obtained her Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics and became certified as a personal trainer. Now, she strives to share her knowledge in nutrition and fitness in order to help others become the healthiest, best version of themselves.
