The Comprehensive Fitness Assessment & Functional Movement Screen
Welcome to Body Tech Total Fitness, Mokena’s premier 24-hour fitness center. New members can take advantage of our Comprehensive Fitness Assessment & Functional Movement Screen, conducted one-on-one with a personal trainer to evaluate your functional movement and balance.
This screening includes a Deep Squat, Hurdle Step, Inline Lunge, shoulder mobility, active straight leg raise, rotary stability, and trunk stability push-up.
After the testing, your results will be fully explained by your personal trainer. This includes a Body Scan using a bioelectrical impedance scale to measure your body fat, body mass, visceral fat, body water, basal metabolic rate, daily caloric intake, and metabolic age. Your trainer will review these results against age-based categories and recommend how to improve your numbers.
