This class is a fusion of Latin, Hip-Hop and International music-dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. The routines performed in Zumba focus on the core as well as total body toning. This is a 45 minute cardio class for ages, body types and fitness levels. This class can be an intense cardio workout that is also extremely fun!!!
