I loved the Zumba class I took at Body Tech last night with Meg! It was so fun that I hardly realized I was getting an intense, sweat-bustong workout! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
An amazing gym ran by an amazing family. Steve is an awesome owner who has the utmost respect for everyone who walks through the door. Love this place!
Gym is just amazing! No words to describe how great it knowing you could get a good lift in. Only if I could have a spotter doing benching tho that be great lol
