AOA-ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS:
Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase aerobic conditioning, improve muscular strength, range of motion, and skills required during activities of daily living. Low impact moves, hand weights, and exercise bands are offered for resistance.
A combination of postures inspired by Ballet, Yoga and Pilates. Light handheld weights are often used for isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range of motion movements. A barre, or other support can be used for balance. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

CYCLE AND SHRED:
Combining intense bike work and a variety of high intensity cardio exercises to help burn fat and increase cardio endurance in a fun, motivating way…the fat will burn away while strengthening the legs, hips, and glutes.
CARDIO CONDITIONING EXPRESS:
An extreme cardio workout for the total body, Incorporating a variety of formats such as Bootcamp, Kickbox, Circuit, and Tabata…will Guarantee to push you to your limits! Classes will consist of targeting strength, core, stability, cardio, plyometrics, and agility. This is an Express class…only 45 minutes in duration…don’t let that fool you!

Burn fat while increasing leg strength thru intervals of high and low intensities using bikes. Combo class also working abdominal area. A strong body and better posture. Sculpt your midsection as you improve your overall functional strength and balance.

An extreme military – inspired workout, built on the fundamentals of cardio, strength, core, and agility. With a mix of cardio and strength building Circuits with little rest, this bootcamp will target your whole body to burn as much fat as possible.
GUNS, BUNS & CORE:
If your looking to sculpt those arms, lift and firm those glutes, and strengthen that core…this is your class!
INTRO TO MYZONE:
If you have been wondering what’s it like to take a Myzone class in our functional training room, this 30 minute intro class is for you. A gentler pace and modifications of the exercises seen in our more intense Myzone classes make up this workout. This class will increase your confidence, strength and cardiovascular fitness. All fitness levels are welcome and heart rete monitors not required.
KETTLEBELL STRENGTH & BURN:
For all fitness & age levels, this 45 minute class uses Kettlebells to promote functional strength & muscular endurance. Classes begin with a dynamic Warm up followed by 10-15 minutes of instruction in proper technique of required movements & their progressions to prepare each individual for a 20-30 minute total body workout. Each class offers a unique combination of strength exercises & kettlebell movements for a fun, low impact workout That challenges your strength & burns calories!

MADD DOG SPIN:
Riding flat roads to steep hills in a class designed to provide you with optimal fat burning, strength building and core toning. This ride will simulate varied terrain to give you a great interval work out. Burn up to 600 – 700 calories in 1hr class.

Mats and other equipment including mini stability balls and Pilates circles are provided, however, you may bring your own Yoga/Pilates mat.

Get loose, get energized and rock out with this modifiable full body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements using lightly weighted drumsticks. Designed for all fitness levels.
This class is a fusion of Latin, Hip-Hop and International music-dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. The routines performed in Zumba focus on the core as well as total body toning. This is a 45 minute cardio class for ages, body types and fitness leveles. This class can be an intense cardio workout that is also extremely fun!!!
EXTREME HIIT CHAOS
Prepare yourself for an extreme calorie burning, muscle stimulating, high intensity experience. Push yourself to the limits using your body weight and an assortment of strength equipment. Low impact options provided, suitable for all fitness levels.
