CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BARRE:
A combination of postures inspired by Ballet, Yoga and Pilates. Light handheld weights are often used for isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range of motion movements. A bar, or other support can be used for balance. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

BOOM CYCLE:
Let the beat of the music guide you thru this energetic and challenging 60 minute cycle class. All music genres and all levels are welcome!

CORE & STRETCH:
Class with Pilates principles to help strengthen core muscles. 20 minutes devoted to focusing on deeper stretches for the entire body. A 45 minute class to detox, stretch, and relax.

CYCLE INTERVAL:
Burn fat while increasing strength thru intervals of high and low intensities using the bikes and strength equipment.

CYCLING:
Indoor cycling in a group format. The instructor leads you through a ride consisting of techniques, levels and visualization of being on the open road. Work at your own level. New riders arrive early to set up your bike.

DANCE FITNESS:
High and mid intensity cardio with optional weights for strength to get your burn on.

EVERYBODY’S BOOTCAMP:
An extreme military – inspired workout, built on the fundamentals of cardio, strength, core, and agility. With a mix of cardio and strength building Circuits with little rest, this bootcamp will target your whole body to burn as much fat as possible.

GUNS, BUNS & CORE:
If you are looking to sculpt those arms, lift and firm those glutes, and strengthen that core … this is your class!

CYCLE FUSION:
45 minutes of a cycle and weight lifting combo class. One stop shop to build muscle, burn fat, and enhance endurance. All levels welcome!

KETTLEBELL STRENGTH & BURN:
For all fitness & age levels, this 45 minute class uses Kettlebells to promote functional strength & muscular endurance. Classes begin with a dynamic Warm up followed by 10-15 minutes of instruction in proper technique of required movements & their progressions to prepare each individual for a 20-30 minute total body workout. Each class offer; a unique combination of strength exercises & kettlebell movements for a fun, low impact workout that challenges your strength & burns calories!

KICKBOX BOOTCAMP:
Do you Iike to punch, kick and sweat? Develop strong core and great skills as you burn calories in a fun, motivating way. Complete killer Body workout that will mure and ake you come back for more.

POWER PUMP:
One hour class to teach proper Iifting techniques using barbells and plates. Designed to firm, tone, strengthen and define muscles of the arms, shoulders, legs, chest, back, and abs.

PILATES:
Mat Pilates – All levels – a great strengthening and lengthening workout that focuses on your core resulting in great posture and improved flexibility.

TABATA STRONG:
Multiple rounds of strength training followed by high intensity cardio intervals. Strength is the focus with cardio to keep your heart rate up.

LATIN DANCE:
a high intensity, dance-based cardio burn choreographed to various styles of music, this class will scorch calories while also incorporating weights and bands, giving modifications when needed. no previous dance experience needed.

STRONG NATION:

A full body , body weight, HIIT workout where every move is synced to the beat. combo of cardio, kickboxing, body weight strength, and plyometrics that can be modified to every fitness level.

MYZONE:

Strenght and cardio exercises paired with functional movements in a HIIT format guided by myzone heart rate monitors to ensure you reach your max potential while allowing for heart rate recovery periods. Programmed heart rate zones make it easy for you to determine the intensity of effort while rewarding you with effort points, motivating you throughout your workout. Get ready to burn more calories and increase your heart health during those workouts.
