  • Small group training (SGT) consists of group size 1-4 clients  (semi-private) 
  • Team training (TT) consists of group size of 5-8 clients 
  • SGT cost is $40 per session 
  • TT cost is $25 per session 
  • SGT and TT will be offered  1, 2, or 3 times a week 
  • Cost is straight forward:  SGT : 1 x week $40,  2 x week $80,   3 x week $120 
  • TT :    1 x week $25,  2 x week $50,   3 x week $75 
  • All SGT and TT will be charged weekly on auto debit  
  • 1 month cancel notice policy- we DO NOT collect last month dues up front , therefore, they will be charged 1 more time after they fill out cancel/downgrade form 
  • Yes, they can pay for a single visit for SGT or Team Training but it is $10 more expensive to do the per visit  SGT = $50   Team Training = $35 
  • It is in point of sale Small Group Training Single Session or Team Training Single Session 
  • You must add them to the roster and make sure their status is changed to "attended" 
  • No!  they can switch which day/time they are going but they must sign up for the SGT , not the Team Training 
  • In addition to the training session, they will get an initial "Fitness Assessment" which includes a body scan (body composition test, caloric intake requirements, water levels, etc)…they will get this test done every 6-8 weeks while they are training. 
  • The workout routines will vary from day to day.  In order to get results, the workouts must be challenging and progressive in nature.  (The trainers will make sure the  client is using challenging workloads for each specific exercise and making sure exercises are done in a safe manner)  The workouts will vary from upper body workouts to lower body workouts, as well as metabolic conditioning workouts and also total body routines.    We will change the workouts every 4 weeks to keep things varied and challenging.  We are results driven! 
  • Although we will not promote it, we will offer 2 free sessions for MEMBERS ONLY  if they are on the fence of joining.  Use this only as a tool to offer to them if you feel they are seriously considering joining but would really like to try it out first. 
  • We will not push it because we would end up getting a lot of members just trying to get 2 free PT sessions out of the deal without ever seriously wanting to pay for it. 
  • In order to provide 2 free sessions, go to user groups and packages section  – add a package – add SGT/TT 2 free sessionsÂ
